That's because it was super super hard, barely anybody could. It took my brother like 100 tries and my teacher and his friend sat at it one whole day nonstop.
Fortunately a patch fixed that, because I'm a horrible driver too. It was easy to win then if you just managed to keep on the road and not flip your car, but I ALWAYS did that ^^ ;

Ahhhhh... well then.. that makes me want to pull out my Mafia CDs again. Because if memory serves, I never got past that part.
